CARLOS ELIZALDE – CEO

Carlos started his soccer career at a very young age (7), playing for his school’s team in Mexico City). Along with his team, he won national and international tournaments.

In 1981, in an international tournament in Denver, Colorado, Carlos and his team won the tournament.

 At 16 (1986), Carlos became a professional soccer player, signing his first three- year contract with UNAM-Pumas.

In 1993 signed with the Atlante under Coach Ricardo Lavolpe.

Carlos played with Atlante for three seasons (until 1996) alongside Hugo Sánchez, Jorge Campos among other

outstanding players.

◦Carlos has participated as a Coach and Manager of several amateur teams in Mexico and in 2023 he started to run his own soccer academy in The Woodlands, Texas.

Additionally, Carlos completed and obtained a Bachelor and a Master's degrees in laws and worked as lawyer both in Mexicoand US for over 25 years.

Salvador has held several executive positions in different international companies related to the oil and gas industry.

Since 2019 Salvador has created and led over 6 companies

(consulting, services, materials, etc.) serving the oil and gas

industry.

Salvador is the CEO of Chaco Petroleum Procurement Inc. since

2024.

He served as the Global Director of supply Chain Management

for CNOOC Int. (2019-2024)

Salvador was the President and CEO of Pemex Procurement Int

2016-2019.

He served as EVP of Procurement Strategy in Pemex.

Salvador was the Chief Of Staff of the CEO at IMSS (Mexico).

Salvador is an avid runner, and his hobby is to run marathons.

He has run over 20 marathons worldwide.

He finished the six major marathons.

He holds the record of being the second Mexican running all six majors under 3hrs (each).

He holds the record of being the fastest Mexican running all fix majors (cumulative times of the best race per major). 

Alfonso is a 25-year-old Professional football coach who was dedicated his life to the sport since the age of 4.

Part of the Houston Dynamo academy and Tigres U-20 team in Mexico, both professional academies.

From 2014-2016 Alfonso played for the Texans Soccer Club USSDA

U14-U16 is being coached by the current head coach of FC Dallas, Eric Quill.

At 20 years old, he worked with the Houston Dynamo as a Staff Assistant with camps and recreational sessions.
