WOODLANDS FUTBOL CLUB COMPETITIVE TRYOUTS: October 20,22,25

What we are looking for:

We are looking for players to form part of our teams that will be competing in EDPL and will be looking to make our way to State Classic and other leagues competing regionally and nationally as the club continues to grow. Players who want to be in an intense environment and are looking to be constantly challenged to achieve their goals of playing in college or if good enough professionally. We want committed families who are willing to attend at least 90% of the events align with club values and meet the required expectations while representing the club in training and games.

Ages to participate

Sub 11 (2015) - 10 years

Sub 12 (2014) - 11 years

Sub 13 (2013) - 12 years

Sub 14 (2012) - 13 years

Sub 15 (2011) - 14 years

Sub 16 (2010) - 15 years

Player Expectations:

We expect players to meet the requirements and come ready to compete. We will not tolerate bad behavior, offensive comments or words, and absolutely will not tolerate violence. We are looking to form teams that are looking to develop and have the desire to play at the highest level possible and are fully committed to attending training, games and tournaments.

Parent Expectations:

Parents will have to provide and meet the requirements we ask for to for the player to tryout. Parents will be expected to sit in the designated parent area and observe.

Parents will also receive a PDF’s about the clubs development philosophy and the phases the club will go through being a brand new entity.

What you can expect from the tryouts:

After check in players will be given a number which they will have to keep for all 3 days of the tryouts.

Once check in has been completed we will split the ages to play multiple games where we will observe the players and evaluate them. After each day the club director will speak to the whole group of parents with info about what’s next depending on the day as well as leagues the clubs mission and values and where we want to be short, mid, and long term.

Days: Oct 20, 22 and 25, 2025

Arrival for check-in: Oct 20 & 22 at 5:20 PM

Game start Times: Oct 20 & 22, 6:15PM-7:30PM | Oct 25, 9:00AM-10:15AM

Location: Timarron Park ( 200 North Green Print Circle, The Woodlands, TX 77375)

Attire: White shirt, Black shorts, White socks

Requirements:

1. Signed injury waiver

2. Proof of players insurance

3. Signed Social Media waiver

4. Check in on 1st day

5. Proper attire, Cleats, water
